Launcher 1.0.2 is available to install. The game package is in release testing, so game installation and play are not available yet. Multiplayer and game-linked accounts are not available. Website community accounts are open. The installer is unsigned; keep Windows protection enabled.
Installation problems
Use the Windows download on this website. Check the install location and free space. If Windows blocks an installer, record the exact message for support; do not disable Windows protection.
Launcher problems
The game package is in release testing. A release-unavailable message is expected until it is published. Use Check for updates or Retry after availability is announced. For other errors, use Launcher → Support to copy diagnostics and the recent error ID.
Game crashes
Game installation and play are not available yet. Game troubleshooting details will be updated when the tested package is released.
Multiplayer problems
Check the community server status below and your connection. Unknown means the server could not be verified; it does not confirm that the server is offline. Community multiplayer access is not available yet.
Community account problems
Sign in with your community username and password. If you forget your password, use the private recovery code saved when you registered. Password recovery replaces the code and signs out all sessions. Website accounts are separate from game accounts. Never share passwords or recovery codes in a support post.

Include the game and launcher versions, a short description, steps to reproduce it, the expected result, and any error ID. Attach a screenshot only if it helps explain the issue. Review logs and remove personal information before sharing.
